At Smooth Spine, we work to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the details below.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information as soon as it ships.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping times & destinations

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after processing:

These are estimates, not guarantees — delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, before you complete your order. We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active after you receive it.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping (additional shipping costs may apply).

Lost, delayed, or missing packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at support.smoothspine@gmail.com with your order number. We'll work directly with the carrier to locate your package and make it right.
